OSP Sobiałkowo inflatable tent — from our hall to the fair
A red inflatable tent printed with flames and the fire brigade’s emblems: finished in our hall, then pitched in the field complete with winder flags.
What did ARIO make for OSP Sobiałkowo?
For OSP Sobiałkowo we sewed and printed an inflatable tent — the entire job done in our own factory in Poland. We match the size and the version to the site — every model we make is listed in the Inflatable Tents category.
How does an inflatable tent work at open days and drills?
For volunteer fire brigades, rescue units and uniformed services, inflatable tent does two jobs at once. It marks the unit at open days, demonstrations and firefighting competitions, and it builds the recognition that brings in recruits and local support. Fast setup with no tools and a fabric that survives being packed away wet matter more here than anywhere else, because the kit is loaded, raised and struck by the crew itself, often in a hurry, and usually in the worst weather of the year for OSP Sobiałkowo.
At what kind of events is an inflatable tent used?
- service and timing points at sports events and motor rallies
- rescue operations and field duty — shelter raised in minutes
- open days and picnics — a branded roof to meet your visitors under
- brand zones at festivals and trade fairs — a closed cabin or an open shelter
- ski slopes and beaches — built for wind, frost and blowing sand
What does an inflatable tent add to a brand’s presence?
A structure held up by air is forgiving of knocks, which is why inflatable tents end up on ski slopes, on beaches and at mass events where something is bound to lean on them. The walls fasten with heavy-duty zips, so the tent closes into a cabin or opens into a shelter without tools. Emergency services use the same construction as a command post or a medical point, raised in minutes by the crew on the spot.
Worth knowing: a tunnel instead of two separate tents
Several inflatable tents can be joined by tunnels into one object with a continuous roof, with no gap for the rain to pour through between stands. Brands use this at outdoor fairs: one tent for the staff, one for the display, the tunnel as a printed corridor between them. The set still packs into a car boot and goes up in about a quarter of an hour, and each tent keeps its own blower and its own anchoring.
How do you choose the right an inflatable tent for your own event?
The blower runs the whole time the tent stands, so the site needs a 230 V supply. Where there is no power, the answer is a sealed air tent, inflated once and holding its pressure without a blower. Where a crew sets up alone and often, and full branding of the legs is not the point, a pop-up gazebo on an aluminium frame is the simpler tool.
How do you order an inflatable tent with your own print?
All we need is your logo and the date of the event. The print visualisation comes to you for approval free of charge, production in our own factory in Poland takes 10 working days, and the manufacturer’s warranty covers the whole set. Shipping anywhere in Europe is arranged with the order and quoted individually. Write through the contact form — we answer within 24 hours on working days.
