Giant inflatable Christmas bauble with logo: oversized advertising baubles for towns, malls and Christmas markets

Below you will find the specifications and prices of the ARIO advertising bauble, the places where it works best, how to install it and how to work out your order deadline before Christmas. Our full range of inflatable advertising is described on the page inflatable advertising.
How is an advertising bauble different from an ordinary inflatable Christmas bauble?
The ARIO advertising bauble is 2 m in diameter, has a double-layer construction and is printed in the client’s colours, so it works as an outdoor advertising medium rather than a home decoration. Most results for “inflatable Christmas bauble” are small garden ornaments; we make square-sized pieces for towns and companies.
Construction, as listed on the product page Sealed Air Advertising Bauble – Round, 2m Diameter:
- outer layer: PVC-coated polyester fabric, 300 g/m²,
- inner layer: polyurethane coating, 200 g/m²,
- UV print on all panels, so the graphics are visible from every side,
- inflation with a hand or electric pump, with no blower running during display.
Where do giant Christmas baubles work best?
Most often on town squares and market places, at Christmas markets, outside shopping malls and showrooms, and in halls and at corporate events. A sealed-air bauble does not need a power socket, so it can also stand where no cable can be run.
Who orders | Where the bauble stands | What is printed |
|---|---|---|
Towns and municipalities | market square, plaza, Christmas lights area | coat of arms, season’s greetings from the town |
Christmas market organisers | market entrance, photo spot | market name, sponsors |
Shopping malls and centres | atrium, entrance area | mall logo, campaign slogan |
Showrooms and companies | display outside the showroom, corporate event | logo, brand colours |
For local government we have a dedicated page: event tents for councils and local authorities.
Will an inflatable bauble survive winter on a town square?
Yes, our baubles stand outdoors in winter. On the town square in Tromsø, Norway, a sealed-air bauble stands in the snow (project: advertising bauble on the square in Tromsø), and at the Christmas market in Warsaw Old Town a giant bauble and candy cane stand in the snow without power or a blower (project: giant bauble and candy cane at a Warsaw Christmas market).

It is worth keeping an eye on the pressure. According to the product FAQ, the air holds for about 7 days, after which the structure needs a light top-up; for displays longer than a week, plan a quick pressure check. Permissible wind conditions are given in the product manual.
How much does an advertising bauble with a logo cost?
The round 2 m sealed-air advertising bauble costs from $910 net (excl. VAT), complete with full printing. Larger sizes are made to order; if you are looking for a different spherical shape, see sealed air advertising spheres.

Can the bauble be hung or lit up?
Yes. The bauble can be suspended from a hall ceiling, in an atrium or from a truss; before installation, confirm the permissible load of the attachment point. LED lighting inside is an optional extra, and power is only needed for the LEDs and the electric pump, not for the display itself.
When should you order a bauble to have it in time for Christmas?
Count backwards: the day the bauble goes up, minus courier delivery, minus 10 working days of production from design approval and receipt of payment, minus the time you need for design approval and payment. In town halls and shopping malls, where several people sign off the design, approval is often the longest stage.
To be safe, place your order at least 10 days before the display date.
How can a municipality or institution buy a bauble?
Municipalities, cultural centres and other institutions pay by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice. Ordering takes four steps:
- Send your coat of arms, logo or design via the quote request form.
- Within 24 hours on working days you receive a quote with a print preview.
- You approve the design and pay the pro forma invoice.
- 10 working days after design approval and receipt of payment, the bauble ships by courier; delivery is quoted with the order.
