What the 4x3 m inflatable advertising wall with mesh is
The inflatable advertising wall is a fan blown advertising frame with a mesh infill, sewn from coated polyester fabric with a weight of 300 g/m². The clear opening of the frame is 4x3 m and the structural tube diameter is 1 m, which gives 12 m² of printable area on the mesh.
The structure holds its shape thanks to a fan built into the frame, which runs for the whole time the wall is on display. Setting it up requires no framework and no assembly tools beyond the ground fixings.
What material is this model made of?
The coating on the polyester fabric limits water absorption and makes the surface easier to clean after an outdoor event. The mesh infill is a replaceable element, fitted inside the clear opening of the frame.
There is also a version with a blockout infill coated with micro-rubber, which works as a projection screen. The choice of infill decides whether the wall works as a print carrier or as a projection surface.
Setup and handling
Stability comes from the ground stakes and guy lines included in the set – stakes for soft ground, lines as directional guys. On paved surfaces the lines need anchoring to ballast weights or fixed points.
After deflation the whole unit fits into the transport bag together with the fixing hardware. The set includes a user manual and a warranty document.
Printing and graphics changes
Graphics are applied by UV print, on the mesh as well as on the surface of the frame – frame printing is an option available in this model. This lets you split the message into two zones: the perimeter of the structure and the central panel.
A replaceable mesh means that when the campaign changes you buy only the new infill and keep the frame. It suits companies that use one structure across several seasons or for several brands.
Where does this model work best?
The 4x3 m mesh format is used as an inflatable arch or wall on running and cycling routes, as a start finish marker and as a backdrop for sponsor zones. The open mesh reduces wind load compared with a solid infill.
In the projection version the same frame works as a screen at evening events, open-air cinemas and fan zones.
