Description
How is this model built and what is it for?
The 5 m waisted advertising balloon is a fan blown structure held in shape by a built-in fan. The skin is sewn from PVC coated polyester fabric with a weight of 320 g/m². The narrowing in the middle section of the body marks the zone for the advertising band.
The product is intended for outdoor display for the duration of an event – sports events, fairs, venue openings and promotional campaigns along an access road.
Print and changing the advertising message
The set covers full UV print across the balloon surface, with pricing available on request. The graphics are applied directly onto the PVC coated fabric.
The balloon has hook and loop edging and a banner attached with hook and loop fastening, so the advertising section is replaceable. When a campaign or sponsor changes, only the replacement advertising band is ordered, without replacing the whole balloon.
Installation, stabilisation and use after dark
Stabilisation is provided by the guy ropes and anchors supplied in the set. On paving, asphalt and indoors, the anchors are replaced with optional weights – sand or water bags, concrete or steel weights.
The balloon can be fitted with LED lighting inside the body and a dusk sensor that switches the light on after dark. This solution applies where the display also runs in the evening.
Set, transport and warranty
The complete set contains the balloon with fan, UV print, guy ropes, anchors, a user manual and a transport bag. The set is self-contained – no additional accessories are needed for the first installation.
The transport bag holds the folded skin together with the ropes and anchors, which makes moving the balloon between locations easier. The finished product is covered by a 24 month warranty.
