Description
Light bulb shaped balloon – construction and use
This advertising balloon is a light bulb shaped inflatable 6 m high, sewn from polyester fabric with a PVC coating of 320 g/m². The shape is held by a fan built into the structure, running continuously while the balloon is on display.
The surface is printed over its full area, so the graphics cover the whole body. It works for outdoor activations run by companies in the energy, photovoltaic and lighting sectors, where the shape itself communicates the subject of the event.
Material and workmanship
The skin is polyester fabric with an additional PVC coating of 320 g/m². The PVC layer protects the fabric against moisture and makes the surface easier to clean after outdoor use.
The edges of the balloon are finished with hook and loop tape, which allows an interchangeable advertising strip to be fitted. The product comes with a 24-month warranty.
How do you set it up, anchor it and power it?
The set includes guy ropes and anchors intended for soil ground. On hard surfaces, the anchoring points are replaced by optional ballast weights: sand or water bags, concrete or steel weights.
The balloon is inflated by the built-in fan, which stays on for the whole time of operation. The order of steps is described in the user manual supplied with the set.
Print and interchangeable advertising
Graphics are applied by UV print across the full surface of the balloon. The technique allows colour to cover the entire bulb shape together with logotypes and visual identity elements.
The hook and loop banner is a separate element. The advertising strip is removed and replaced without touching the skin, so the same balloon can serve several campaigns or several brands.
Night use and transport
LED lighting with a dusk sensor is available as an option, switching the light on automatically after dark. This allows the balloon to stay on display at evening and round the clock events.
After the display, the balloon is folded and packed into the transport bag included in the set. Pricing for the complete set is quoted on request.
