Description
The hanging sealed-air figure with a span of around 5 m is an inflatable product replica in any shape: a pastry, bottle, package, mascot or 3D logo. It is modelled on our St. Martin's croissant hanging in the Avenida shopping centre in Poznań.
Who it is for
For shopping centres, retail chains, food producers and brands that want to show their product at a scale visible from every level of a mall, hall or trade fair. Instead of a croissant, it can be any other product or pastry.
How it is made
- You send us a photo or file of your product, and we prepare a 3D model and a visualisation for approval.
- We plan the hanging points on the model: heat-welded, reinforced rigging eyelets, with their number calculated for a secure and safe installation of the figure.
- We produce an airtight polyurethane bladder and an outer cover with full CMYK print over the entire surface.
Why sealed-air
Once inflated, the figure keeps its shape with no power and no blower, so it is suitable for hanging from a ceiling: it needs no cable at height and makes no noise above shoppers' heads.
Production takes 10 working days from design approval and payment being booked. The price applies to a figure with a span of approx. 5 m; other sizes and shapes are quoted individually.

Can the figure be shaped like my product?
Yes. Instead of a croissant it can be any other pastry, bottle, package, mascot or 3D logo. A photo or file of your product is all we need to prepare a 3D model and a visualisation for approval.
Does the figure need a blower and power?
No. A sealed-air figure is inflated once and keeps its shape with no power and no fan noise, which is why it is suitable for hanging from a ceiling.
How is the figure hung from the ceiling?
From heat-welded, reinforced rigging eyelets. We calculate their number on the 3D model so that the installation is secure and safe and the figure hangs level.
How is the figure built?
It has two layers: inside, an airtight, transparent polyurethane bladder that holds the air; outside, a cover with full CMYK print over the entire surface.
How long does production take?
10 working days from design approval and payment being booked.
Can I order a different size?
Yes. The price applies to a figure with a span of approx. 5 m; other sizes and shapes are quoted individually.
