Constant-pressure arch SLIM 6x4m Bevelled

How is this model built and what is it for?

The constant-pressure SLIM bevelled arch has a 6x4 m clear opening and an external size of 7.8 x 4.9 m. Its 0.9 m legs are much slimmer than on a standard arch (1.2–1.7 m), so it takes less space, weighs less and fits where a big arch will not: a narrow path, a beach, between park trees or in front of a hall entrance. Shell: two layers – a gas-tight TPU inner of approx. 340 g/m² and an outer skin of PVC-coated polyester, 300 g/m².

Bevelled corners combine a straight beam with a more dynamic silhouette: the bevels are an extra field for logos and the arch looks better in finish-line photos.

What power supply and set-up does it need?

The arch is inflated once with the electric pump supplied and the valve is closed – the gas-tight inner holds air for several days without power. It can stand where there is no electricity: on a forest trail, on a beach, on a promenade, and in the rain there is no blower to protect.

A set of guy ropes and pegs stabilises the arch; on paving, asphalt or a hall floor it is weighed down with optional sand bags (up to 30 kg each).

How is it printed and can the graphics be replaced?

UV print covers up to 100% of the surface and is included in the price; we prepare the artwork free of charge from your logo and brief. If the graphics are to change between events, we add velcro strips for replaceable banners on the beam, legs and bevels.

What can you add to the set?

Dimmable battery LED lighting (USB-C charged) inside the arch and sand bags – the arch lights up without a cable, just as it stands without one.

What is in the set and where is it used?

The set includes: the arch with full UV print, an electric pump, guy ropes, pegs, a 300 g hammer, a fitted transport bag, a manual and a 24-month warranty. A 6x4 m opening serves the start and finish of runs, cycling races and car rallies, the entrance to a company picnic, a fan zone or a festival.
